At Cleens, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Simply ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original shipping box or a similar secure mailer, ensuring all original labels and hygiene seals are intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
